1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for any experience, making a payment, or submitting any form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Description of Service

CR7 World Cup 2026™ provides fan experience packages, meet-and-greet opportunities, exclusive merchandise, VIP hospitality, and related services associated with the FIFA World Cup 2026. All experiences are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to scheduling changes, security requirements, or force majeure events.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment via Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC20) only. It is your responsibility to send funds to the correct wallet address. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.
• Prices are listed in USD. Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of invoice. Any shortfall due to exchange rate fluctuation must be topped up before confirmation.
• Booking confirmations will be issued via email or WhatsApp within 1–2 hours of payment verification.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled experience date are eligible for a 70% refund.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event are eligible for a 40% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full credit or reschedule at no additional cost.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet used for payment, within 14 business days.

5. Transferability

Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by our team. Any attempt to resell or transfer a booking without authorisation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour toward our staff, representatives, or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel bookings at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CR7 World Cup 2026™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CR7 World Cup 2026™ and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at any experience, including personal injury, loss of property, or third-party claims. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, and payment details) solely for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating with you about the Service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfil your booking. By using the Service, you consent to this data processing. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
